quality monitoring systems
Each client will have a service level agreement which will be checked weekly by the site supervisors, and monthly during meetings between the clients and our area managers. Action plans will be compiled for any issues raised and these will be passed onto the site supervisors/managers. Copies of these service level agreements and audits will be kept on client files onsite, at TWCS Regional Office and at the Head Office to ensure that any issues raised can be resolved quickly and to our normal high standards.
The Regional Operations Manager and National Operations Director will also make regular quality inspections and attend client meetings to ensure that these standards are being achieved and maintained.
