vetting and training
To provide a quality service we initially select the most suitable personnel for the role. Our vetting procedures are thorough, systematic and carried out by a security company.
All employees receive full in depth training, including COSHH training, through the internal Templewood Group Training and Development program. This training is given on induction and continues throughout their employment.
We operate a monitoring system and all employees are fully assessed after 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and then every subsequent 12 months
